a majestic stay!!!

attentive staff breakfast room major attractions

the staff was attentive. They remembered my name each morning. the breakfast room décor added to the experience. i was impressed by the location, close to major attractions.

the mini bar prices seemed a bit steep for basic refreshments.

The hotel is located near st mark's square. It's just a short walk. a vaporetto stop is also nearby, which allows easy access to other parts of the city. this location made sightseeing very convenient.

My room included acqua di parma amenities. They enhanced the experience. the room was spacious and kept everything was super clean each day. This was greatly appreciated. the décor was sumptuous.

friendly staff helpful staff nice room nicely sized room excellent location outdated decor early housekeeping slow collection

the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms had nice sizes for the beds and bathrooms. i found water provided in the room each night. this was a very nice touch. the location right off piazza san marco was excellent.

the rooms we had were spacious. the decor needs some updating to the newer style. i noticed afternoon housekeeping came too early. it was when we were resting before dinner. room service items were not collected promptly.

outdated room loud staff

The beautiful double room seemed a bit outdated to me. the bathroom had a combined shower and tub. It was awkward to get in. the cleaning staff was loud in the hallway early in the morning.

warm yogurts plastic toiletries

The air conditioning DIDN'T work. It was frustrating. the breakfast offered warm yogurts. I found it unappetizing. i wanted fresh orange juice. It wasn't available. plastic plants in the room were unnecessary and cheapened the feel. the bathroom had irritating small bottles of plastic toiletries and i HATED it!

wow, the breakfast room was lovely. i loved the extensive range of options available, breakfast was also delicious. my room was lovely and i was delighted to find complimentary prosecco.

the canal cleaning boat made such a loud noise early in the morning. it was quite disturbing as it faced the canal. also, there were a lot of mosquitoes. i advise requesting assistance from reception before entering the room.
